Arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in, get settled, and breathe.
We'll discuss your goals and focus areas. Let me know if you prefer quiet.
Undress to your comfort level. You are always securely draped with a clean sheet. Only the area being worked on is exposed.
DURING YOUR SESSION:
Adjust pressure:
Want more or less pressure? Let me know.
Music & sound:
Change music, volume, or request silence.
Table temperature:
I can adjust the table warmer for comfort.
Areas to avoid:
e.g. scalp, glutes, feet. Let me know if there are areas you'd like to avoid.
Ultimate power:
You can stop or end the session at any time for any reason, no questions asked!
AFTER YOUR SESSION:
Transition:
Don't rush. Sit up slowly and recover. Get off the table carefully.
Optimize recovery:
Drink water. Massage stimulates metabolic waste release. Hydration supports kidney function to process and filter these metabolites, enhancing your post-massage recovery at the cellular level.
The next 24 hours:
Mild stiffness is not uncommon, like after a workout. Contact me if anything feels unusual.
