You can expect an experience tailored entirely to your personal preferences. My Client Comfort & Care Form allows you to customize your environment. You’ll choose the level of pressure, the scent of your massage medium, the music style playing in the room, and even the level of conversation you're in the mood for. If it is a prenatal massage, you decide how you’ll feel most comfortable on the table, whether that is side lying, with a pregnancy cushion, or with your head and torso elevated. Your safety and physical comfort is a top priority, and each massage’s environment will match your chosen specifications.
Your time on my table is always yours. If you don’t want to make these decisions, I will default to the standard massage settings. If you change your mind, that’s ok too! I can always make adjustments during your massage if you decide your choices aren’t working for you. -
Absolutely! This is the preferred way.
If you’re a first-time visitor, you’ll need to review and sign the Master Services Agreement.
Before every visit, the Client Comfort & Care Agreement is required.
Your privacy is taken very seriously and I have taken every precaution to ensure the safe, secure handling and storage of all your information.
I really appreciate getting these critical forms back quickly, so I can prepare for our session. That way we can jump right in!

Gratuity is never expected or required; my rates are intentionally structured to sustain my business so you and I can focus entirely on your healing.
However, because clients frequently ask about tipping etiquette and I want to save you from doing math when your brain is completely relaxed, here is a simple, stress-free reference guide for what a standard 20% gratuity looks like:
60-Minute Session ($135): $27
90-Minute Session ($195): $39
120-Minute Session ($250): $50
If you wish to send a tip digitally post-session, you may do so securely here.

Wear something comfortable. You will undress to your comfort level. For a traditional table massage, most clients undress completely but remain securely covered by a sheet or blanket at all times—only the specific area being worked on is ever uncovered. For specialized or clothed bodywork, loose, comfortable athletic wear is ideal.
-
Not at all. This is your time and you are in control. Aside from essential feedback regarding pressure, temperature, or physical pain, you are completely welcome to rest in silence.
-
Yes, please reschedule. Massage during illness is contraindicated and we would not be able to proceed with your session. If you are actively fighting off a cold, fever, or contagious virus, a massage can actually speed up your circulation and make your symptoms feel significantly more intense, while also risking the health of your therapist.

Your session is completely custom, and every single modality is part of your treatment at no extra charge. Rather than forcing you to guess what your body needs when you book, I map out a game plan based on your intake and then together, we adapt on the fly.
Here is why I might suggest weaving specific tools into your session:
Deep Tissue Massage: Suggested when we need to work through stubborn, deep-seated structural knots and chronic muscle tension.
Hot Stone Therapy: Suggested to melt surface tension fast with soothing heat, letting us get into deeper muscle layers without forcing it.
Cupping Therapy: Suggested for stuck fascia, persistent tight spots, or restricted range of motion. Gentle suction lifts tissue to increase blood flow and decompress tight areas.
Tuning Fork Therapy: Suggested when targeted areas need deep physical vibration to ease localized tension, soothe stubborn joint tightness, or ground an overstimulated nervous system. I place weighted forks directly on key points of the body so you can actually feel the relaxing hum work into your muscles.
Reiki: Suggested when you are dealing with energetic exhaustion, burnout, or sensory overload and need a gentle, restorative reset to ground your system.
Bottom line: You never have to worry about choosing the "right" menu item. We will mix and match whatever your body needs that day to get you feeling your best.

Mostly plant-based, intentionally sourced products like skin-nourishing oils and handcrafted topicals from Rebel Massage.
I also keep the conventional favorite Biofreeze on hand for deep-cooling spot work.
You always get to choose what goes on your skin based on what your body needs that day.

Good deep tissue work should never make you hold your breath or tense your muscles to resist the pressure. If it hurts, please let me know so the pressure can be adjusted immediately. The goal is to allow the tissues to release, not to have you power through pain. Doing so will result in a less effective session.

Whether you've received deep, focused bodywork, are new to massage, or are returning after a long break, feeling mild soreness for 24 to 48 hours is a common response. The physical manipulation triggers a localized inflammatory healing response. Drinking plenty of water supports your body’s natural metabolic processes, while resting allows your muscles the time they need to recover.

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so that I may offer the open room to another client.
Because your appointment time is held solely for you, cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your session, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable. This policy is held firmly to protect the sustainability of this practice and to respect the shared calendar of our healing community. -
