About Me
My goal isn't just to work on muscles; it’s to honor the whole person attached to them.
Holding Space For Your Healing
Every body carries stress differently. It shows up in the tightness in your shoulders, how deeply you are able to breathe, and the sheer effort of keeping up with a high-stress life.
I am Jennifer Freeman, Licensed Massage Therapist and founder of Healing Frequency Bodywork. I built this practice right here in the West Valley because I wanted to create something different: a calm, soothing space where your preferences dictate the service. Because when you walk into a room with the music you chose, the scent you chose, and the temperature you chose for the table, your brain immediately knows it is safe.
I took all the things I didn’t like about getting massages elsewhere and threw them out the window. No sales pitches, no hidden fees, and no cookie-cutter routines. My work is rooted in mindful, trauma-informed bodywork. That simply means everything on the table happens with your explicit consent, at a pace that soothes your nervous system. Whether you are navigating chronic pain or just desperately need two hours where nobody is asking anything from you, this space is built for your reset.
From our intake conversation to The Slow Awakening post-treatment buffer, your session is protected time. No rushing, no performance, just space for you to heal.
Mindfully Sourced Products
Every product brought into the treatment room is chosen with intention. From skin-nourishing base oils to targeted topicals crafted by trusted creators like Rebel Massage, I only use products that match the high level of care, respect, and customization I bring to every session.
