Administrative items:
All appointments require prepayment.
Changes and cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will not be refunded.
No-shows and tardiness of 15 minutes or more may result in forfeiture of scheduled session, which will not be refunded.
Clients who show up late but within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time will receive a shortened session with the original end time intact.
Medical items:
While safe, massage therapy does involve some risk, such as bruising, muscle soreness, temporary discomfort, skin irritation or allergic reactions to oils, lotions, or other topical products.
Pre-existing injuries or medical conditions can be exacerbated by massage or be contraindicated. It is important to disclose any medical conditions you may have in order to fully evaluate your risk factors and you are responsible for keeping me up to date on your medical status.
